Heart Ache

Totally out of sorts......that is not my usual way of describing my self, but today, that is how it it.
Good stuff......a beautiful full moon in a winter's sky.
No matter how joyous the Christmas season's just not the same after your parents are gone.
I have cried a great deal today,  our mixed bull-dog Taylor, who has had congested heart-failure
for some time, worsen.....and once again, our vet gave us the news you never want to hear.  Taylor joined Astro and the other dogs over the rainbow this afternoon.
So sorry that I am down and out tonight......I know that this too shall pass.
But for tonight, looking at that big full moon, my heart aches for all those humans and creatures who are no longer with me.
Good night, Sweet dreams

  1. Oh no..I'm so sorry Jilda. I do hope the pain will pass but the good memories of your pets and of loved ones will live on in your heart. Sweet dreams back to you.

  2. So hard to lose your beloved pets so soon after one another.
    Warm thoughts from downunder.

  3. Dear Jilda, I'm so sorry about the passing of your two dogs so close together and at this time of year. My heart aches for you.

I know that they meant the world to you and they were so lucky to have you and Rick to care for them.

I'll keep you both in my prayers.

I haven't been around because I've been having problems leaving comments on blogs and reading my emails because I was loosing my connection all the time and my computer was so slow. I got it fixed today. (keeping my fingers crossed)

Sending some love and warm healing hugs your way.

  4. It's okay to be sad. You've lost two fur kids in a short period of time and it's so very very hard. They had wonderful lives with you and Rick and someday you'll be able to remember all the love and joy without the sadness.
