Dinner

One of Rick's favorite dishes tonight.  It is so simple, just peppers, onions, garlic and some sort of sausage.  ( I used a local one, Conecuh) throw in a dash of olive oil, some crusty bread and dinner is ready.

I hope your Friday has been a good one.  We broke more heat records today and more to come tomorrow.

Spread some joy, be kind and if you actually have fall where you live, please enjoy and be grateful.

    I hope the temperatures goes down some. Here it's a mere 3 degree C. or 37.4 degree F this morning.. A bit too cold for comfort.
    We almost had the same staples for supper last evening.
    We had quesadillas with red peppers, onions, garlic and cheese and salsa, no sausages though.

    We've definitely cooled down here. right no it is 53 degrees outside and only 60 degrees inside. Too early for me to turn the heat on. But it is a bit chilly. I'm making soup today to warm up.
