Letting Go of Fear

Classes today were all about letting go of fear and remembering we are stronger than we think.
Fear is debilitating, it robs us of happiness and joy, of peace, of health, of love.  Fear robs us of relationships, of making our dreams come true.  Fear takes away our confidence and our trust.
We are always stronger than what we think.

Fear that stops us from living our lives is worse than a prison because it is inflicted.  If fear is taking away your quality of life, be brave enough to seek professional help.  Don't cheat yourself out of living the life you were meant to live.

Our blueberries are getting bigger and more juicy every day.  Today's bounty was incredible.
I wish you could smell them and taste them.

A beautiful new moon tonight.  I love new moons.  I like to think they bring new beginnings and possibilities.

Enjoy your Tuesday.  If your fears are small, take a breath and a giant step and do it.  Face your fear.  Take that class, apply for that job, learn something new, visit someplace new, eat something different, smile and be kind.

  1. Good advice to let go of fear.
I checked the blueberries next door and they are getting big but not yet ready to pick. I can't wait.
