Rose of Sharon

Storms rolled through last night and again this evening, but even with the booming thunder and constant flashes of lightening, you could almost hear the plants sigh with relief.
I thought our rose of sharon looked especially  beautiful showered with rain drops.

    We finally had rain this evening and we needed it! My tomato plants grew a few inches I'm sure. I was just glad I didn't have to water tonight. Our rose of Sharon won't be ready until sometime in July so I'll enjoy yours for now!

    My computer just notified me that another storm is on the way. I love the way the world smells after a good shower. The plants are flourishing this year too.
