Cloudy and cold, lows down in the 20's tonight and tomorrow night, not a chance of snow.
But there are yellow bells, daffodils and buttercups blooming all around our yard. These are ancient bulbs that grew around all the old home places. Not giant hybrids, but sweet fragrant blossoms that seem rather fragile compared to some of the newer bulbs that are in most gardens. If we can't have snow, at least we have happy flowers.
Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. I hope you get a card, a hug, a chocolate, an I love you, flowers...a token of some kind from someone who loves you.
