The good news, the ferns that Rick got in the woods and we planted in stone planters out front are thriving. As I fed everything in planters this morning, I realized our walk way to our front door has become a mossy path. The moss and the ferns out front give everything a fairy like quality. I like it.

When I first looked at the photo it looked like an aerial shot of the ground...green tree tops and roads! Ha! Beautiful moss instead! Take care!
ReplyDeleteI also thought it was a shot of your garden. Moss holds the moisture. I use a power washer to remove the moss off the bricks when moss takes over. If you really want moss to grow, buttermilk is supposed to help grow moss. You make a slurry with moss and buttermilk and spread it on the rocks.Obviously you don't need buttermilk to grow moss.
