They are located in Jemison, Alabama and are usually able to identify plants for you. I write down and take photos of my plants and their placement in my yard. Also things that we've done and added over the years.
It helps me to know what plants I do good with and which ones I've tried and failed with. It's fun. I also write down how many times I've gotten poison ivy and sumac while working out there!!!
What works best on certain pests and other things. It's fun.
Love Di ♥Dianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11429812875586479256noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3447022611775264186.post-91163003272938583422011-07-29T04:08:48.268-05:002011-07-29T04:08:48.268-05:00It looks like the mystery of this beautiful flower...It looks like the mystery of this beautiful flower is solved!!! My grandmother wanted me to take a plant from her garden before she died and I told her I loved seeing it bloom in her garden and didn't take it. I just felt at the time like it was taking something that would hasten her departure from me. She was very 'put out' with me that I didnt' take it and soon after she died the house was sold and I never gathered what was a family heirloom. I've always regretted not acting on her request...Sigh~Sushhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00098871743806383324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3447022611775264186.post-27645500819900641072011-07-28T22:02:03.509-05:002011-07-28T22:02:03.509-05:00I wish I had paid attention when my grandmother, m...I wish I had paid attention when my grandmother, mom and aunts tried to teach me to sew and bake bread.
